Shipping & returns
Made to order, shipped fast, replaced free if we get it wrong.
Production time
Every item is made to order. Apparel typically takes 2-5 business days to print and pack; hats and accessories can take up to 7. You'll get a tracking email the moment it leaves the facility.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Under that, standard shipping is a flat $6.95. Expedited options are shown at checkout. Canada ships at calculated rates.
Delivery estimates
Standard US delivery runs 3-5 business days after fulfilment. Canada is typically 6-10 business days. Peak season and severe weather can add a few days.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Exchanges are accepted within 30 days on unworn, unwashed items. Email nick@laxloungeinc.com with your order number and the size you need and we'll send instructions.
Damaged or misprinted items
Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship free. You don't need to return the original.
Custom and team store orders
Because they're produced specifically for your program, custom and team store items are final sale except for defects or misprints.
